That's a great prep table, Craig! Very nice.

Red oak, white oak....the only thing I can say is that it is a very sturdy, well crafted board. I'll put it to the test today to see how it works with my bench flour combo.

"Ultimately, pizza is a variety of condiments on top of bread. If I wanted to evolve, I figured out that I had to understand bread and first make the best bread I possibly could. Only then could my pizza evolve as well." Dan Richer

I recently (last year) upgraded my bread shaping workstation. The old workstation surface came free. The top of a discarded wine crate. It served me well and still does. Its new role is Sicilian pizza sacrificial cutting board! The new workstation came from Amazon. Less than $100.00, I want to say $80.00 but I don't remember. Its heft keeps it from moving, relatively stick-free. I like it a lot!
