Looking to see if anyone has any review on using these peels. In reference, pizza made off the peel

GI Metal seems to be a leading brand of professional pizza peels.

I wouldn't buy the solid version after using a ventilated peel.
There are many kinds of pizza, and *Most of them can be really good.

Building a pizza on a metal peel if that is what you are referring to isn't ideal. People tend to build on wood and use metal to rotate and remove pizza from oven.

Very true.

Although, I don't use wooden peels anymore and build the pizza on the work surface, a wooden peel is great.

Love the quality of the GI Metal peels, though.

,GI metal is the gold standard when it comes to peels. just my opinion, but I have had a few from a few different companies and the GI metal ones are the ones I keep and use.  getting these and using them is a different process.  they allow you to build on a work surface, like a table or counter, the use these to transfer to the oven.  they work great, but I wouldnt use them to build on. if you want to build on the peel then wood would be the way to go.
