Hi, all. I'm interested if anyone cab recommend some decent cutter pans or a pan similar to Lloyd's shovel pan that won't break the bank. I work for a small bar that might take the step to actually doing bar style pizza as opposed to the New York style we're attempting now. I'm going to do some tests with the Lloyd's shovel pan I just purchased but I'm interested if anyone can recommend a cheaper brand of pan with the idea of finishing our pizzas on the stone.
