Has anyone read "New Pizza" by Stefano Manfredi?  It isn't out in hardback yet, but the ebook is available:

No but I looked at the preview on Amazon and it looks very interesting!  I was in Italy last year and did notice that there are a few pizzerias that are starting to make pizza in a different way, using more whole grains, different toppings that the norm.  I gather that this book explores those pizzerias that are extending the art away from the traditional.  Sounds interesting!  If you buy it post a review!

Amazon Look Inside is not too revealing.

PDL has fewer pages than NP; I wonder if it is sort of an extract of the larger book.

The book looks good from what I have seen. There are a few recipes from it floating around the web.
