I like a home electric oven. Fun.. sometimes unpredictable. Keeps me thinking about stones, steels, rack position, temp and time.
A few moments ago, half daydreaming, I considered that I could raise the bake temp by placing a couple blow torches in the oven. Most shameful is I was thinking an old timey one might be fun before I realized my idea was nuts.
