Lloyd Long Pans

I just ordered the 27 inch long pan from Lloyd. Anyone with a go to recipe for these? Excited to try it out.

Hans' Detroit Style would be perfect.

I ordered a couple of those in 18 inch length back on the 7th of September, but they said they have to produce them... and a ship date of October 11th.  I guess you must wait for all good things!

Any feedback on these Lloyd long pans, especially for Detroit style pizza? I'm considering buying some of these instead of their Detroit style pans.

I added a couple of 4X12's to my collection. They are good for single serving size, they function exactly the same as their other PSTK pans. I just got a couple of 6X6's also. That said, the 8X10's are my go to size.
