Kasseri Cheese for Pizza?

Hi, has anyone tried this cheese in Pizza?
Itís supposed to be similar like Mozzarella or provolone. Iíll try it out tonight in a blend

Great idea.  I love that stuff but haven't had it for years.  I should buy some more.  I am part Greek and my dad would bring the kids to a Greek store to get food or groceries and that was one of my fave things to get there and eat.  I may try that also to make pizza with.

I tried it tonight, blended it with 60% Mozzarella. I like the taste! Itís stronger than mozzarella, and itís better than Provolone.
Iím German and we had lots of Greek and Turkish food at home, and I always was a big fan of the cheese culture, feta, and these hard cheeses.
