13*18 Roman style pan question
« on: November 15, 2021, 12:02:18 PM »
The standard Roman pan is too big for my oven, reaches 23 inches in width. I have a Lloyd's grandma pan, fits perfect but I'm trying to see if I can find a straight sided Roman pan that'll fit my oven. I saw one from Winco, which warns to not exceed 500į F. That kind of worries me, so I am opting out of the Winco. Any other suggestions?

Buy two quarter al taglio pans? Thatís what Iím thinking of doing.

Part of me wants to get a full or half size pan and see if it will fit in my oven. I cut a piece of cardboard and it seems like it wonít fit, but Iíd still be curious to try the real thing.
