Source for Jet's Detroit Style Pans

Anyone know who makes the Detroit style pans for Jet's? Are they steel, anodized aluminum, or something else? I love their crust, and really want to replicate it.

I found a couple of options through DetroitStylePizza and LloydPans; one steel, the other aluminum. Not sure if one would help me achieve the crust I'm looking for.
