Anyone know who makes the Detroit style pans for Jet's? Are they steel, anodized aluminum, or something else? I love their crust, and really want to replicate it.

I found a couple of options through DetroitStylePizza and LloydPans; one steel, the other aluminum. Not sure if one would help me achieve the crust I'm looking for.

Thank you very much in advance for any assistance you may be able to provide.

They were made by Dover Parkersburg, which is no longer in business. Great post by Moderator Pete-zza concerning all things Jet's at https://www.pizzamaking.com/forum/index.php?topic=8247.msg118161#msg118161
