Best bounce back offers?

Wanting to put bounce back offers on our boxes for delivery and takeout. Maybe a menu on one side and some type of small discount or freebie coupon on the other side to encourage them to order again within the next 10-14 days. Anyone have success with these? What did you offer that worked? Thanks

Focus on pizza (quality, fair price etc.) no coupons, it always attracts wrong crowd..imho
