well - They are not inexpensive. It took awhile for them to be shipped to us, but yesterday they arrived still frozen in large blocks of dry ice from Naples, Italy. They are as good as any of the Caputo 00 fiore gut pies I've made. They are easy to prepare (no fuss, no muss). Basically 11 minutes in a 450 degree oven. They are a little small at around 11". My pies are usually around 14". I wish they were a little less expensive but overall they are quite satisfying. Margareta style with: Nice crust texture, a slight charring, good puff and taste, sauce was good, cheese was good, had whole, fresh basil leaf on it.
