Travis' (Liquify) Whole-Wheat Pizza
« on: August 26, 2011, 04:25:31 PM »
This is my 3rd attempt at a whole wheat crust and my 1st that I took pictures of.

Tasted damn good and it turned out fairly well, the crust has a salty sweet taste, the cheese is of quality, and the pepperoni is turkey because I have been experimenting.

What do you all think!?

Here is the pizza minus two pieces. I made it a thin crust at about 425 degrees. My oven only goes up to 500 so I did what I could with what I had. Looks good doesn't it?

I added some extra flour as I rolled it out to give it that "authentic" look.

This last pic is what I used my extra dough for. I made a roll which turned out crap (The bottom thing) and then the pizza pocket/calzone on top turned out nicely.

Travis, looks nice, what was your recipe.  I have been making 100% wheat for a while now, but am always looking for something new to try.
