Title: NY Style Perfected after 12 Years

Hey Guys
I've just posted this on Dough Docs section but thought I would post here too

12 Years ago the Pizza Bug bit me and 8 years ago I built a Wood Fired Oven - Here are the results of the Wealth of Information available on this forum.

Oh, and the last picture is a Pizza I made in my home oven in April of this year - it just shows the magic that high heat and live flames can do for a Pizza

The last one seems to lack some baking tough, was it done on purpose?

Thanks for the kind word.

That last picture was from a Pizza I made way back in April - it was in my Home Oven and i purposely posted it together with these pics of the ones from my Wood Fired Oven to show the contrast in baking in a WFO vs a Home Oven - Fire is Magical  >:D

Oh Boy it was an awesome Sunday.
Family get together + pizza. What better combination could I ask for.

I used the same recipe as last time and the results were same as before - stellar and tantalising. I'm still struggling with one problem though, tough leathery chew in the crust but more on that in the Dough Doc thread.

Until then, enjoy the pictures.
Pizza Making is truly addictive and I can't wait to fire up again.
