Bought a couple ribeyes the other day at 50% off with a sell by date of the 1st! Seasoned and air dried in the fridge for 24 hours and did them on the BigHorn after getting a few chunks of apple wood going! Smoke was subtle and perfect, and didn't want to eff around with the charcoal in 40mph winds! BigHorn worked like a champ!!!!!😋😋😋
