Great episode with Andrew Bellucci.

I'm sure many will be disappointed with the lack of specific details. The stentiments/coments about elevating the ordinary/classics with higher quality ingredients and techique is spot on. Also tip of the hat to the pure class/professionalism displayed while speaking about others (including folks he's in a dispute with).

As I'm literally competing with myself, for now my usual "open-book" philosophy is shelved, especially with my dough process.
