Title: Di fara olive oil

Hi there Iím trying to make a pizza with the famous olive oil they use at di faraís the thing is that I saw that they use 2 type one is berrio and the other is Colvita can someone please recommend me which one to use if your familiar with one of these brands, thanks.

There is nothing special about those two brands of olive oil. An excellent choice would be something like Masia El Altet, although only post-bake, as it is extra virgin.

They use Partanna EVOO 90% of the time

They use Partanna EVOO 90% of the time
I think I've seen that brand on the shelves at my local World Market store.
