Hi folks. I noticed that on this website's home page there is a recipe tab which has a recipe for a New York pie with 16 ounces of flour and 9 ounces of water. I know you would weigh the flour, but would the 9 ounces of water be fluid ounces or by weight?  Just thought if this recipe is on the home page it might be worth a roll.  Thanks

One fluid ounce of water weighs 1.043 dry ounces or 0.0652 pounds, and is 29.574 grams.  9 fluid ounces would weigh 9.387 ounces. The recipe is a great starting point in the learning process.
