What causes little black bubbles

Just trying to figure out what caused these black bubbles.  Iíve been doing this recipe for a couple months its the first time this happened to me tonight pretty much did the same routine Iíve always done, just trying to figure out what causes this, underproofed?

I believe the blisters are the effects of cold fermentation.

What is your recipe and method?

Itís a 60% hydration 48hr cold fermented I do use poolish it only 12% of the flour.  Usually mix roll into balls straight into the fridge for 2 days, pull them out of the fridge 2 hours before cooking. 
The only thing I did a little different was I forgot to mix the poolish with the water first before adding the flour. I added the flour and poolish at the same time then mixed.

Thats not under proofed.   You didnt do anything wrong.

Yeah, some spend time trying to get their pizzas to look like that. ;D

Uh, can we see your pizzas frim before?.  These are winners...if something changed, keep it :) Serious about photos..could be helpful.
