First bake of the year on the Uuni2

So the weather is finally getting better here.  While the last two weeks certainly were better for outdoor cooking, this was the first time we were able to host a pizza party this season.  So since we have the Uuni2, why not go for it, right?

Using the dough calculator here, I shot for 12'' pies but due to various reasons they ended up at around 10'', which made them thicker and puffier than I had wanted.  Regardless, we made NY Style pies on the Uuni2 (not the 2s) and I am quite happy with the results. 

I want to work on making them bigger/thinner as we prefer thin crust in our house, but this was a good start to the year.

Note to self to put more pellets in the chute after each pie!  :pizza:
