5LaStagioni Stone Ground Type 1 Flour

Hello folks and happy holidays.
I would like to try the recipe that Ribalta in NYC uses for its dough, which I understand to be 5LaStagioni Stone Ground Type 1 flour. (I have yet to try Ribalta, but will be in NYC in a couple of weeks and plan on going -will report my thoughts after I do.)
So far, an internet search does not reflect any online distributors other than a distributor in Miami that is not able to ship out of state.
Any thoughts or suggestions very much appreciated, and thank you in advance.
