I haven't quit making pizza, but I have quit taking pictures after the loss of yet another camera by a daughter.  I will try the camera phone.  3 Detroiters in the pans for tonight.

I made them last night with:

5 cups KAAP
2-1/2 cups water
2 tsp salt
1 tsp IDY

Hand mixed, 4 hour RT bulk rise, then balled into the pans, covered and RT for 4 hours before the fridge for another 20 hours or so.
