Salami pizza

Is salami should go on top of the vegetables or underneath the vegetables
And cheese on top.

It depends on many factors, including personal flavor, what kind of oven/heat/baking, and what kind of toppings. I think there are many threads on the subject, I suggest you read a couple of them to make your own idea. What you need to pay attention to is that your toppings don't dry/burn but also don't keep all the water. Toppings on top of the cheese will dry/burn faster, and under the cheese they will keep the water; so you have to find your best balance, this may imply a pre-cooking of some of the toppings such as the vegetables (not salami, obviously).
Personally, I prefer a dry pizza than a watery one with a thick gummy line (dough that is not correctly baked).
