Pepperoni Taste Test
« on: January 30, 2021, 02:48:06 AM »
I just grabbed this from the FB artisan pizza group. Iím more of a sausage guy myself, but this is of interest to a lot of people here. https://www.thekitchn.com/best-pepperoni-brands-22932367?utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=managed&fbclid=IwAR12bc0h3hK-WSi6zVa21LYvJmOWM6XYD2o4sej8UwA9wKLD8UJC1GaHnG4

None of these included the pepperoni brands I like the best; Salumeria Biellese, Ezzo, Hormel Rosa Grande.
Things have never been more like today than they are right now.

I've tried the rest, I only use two, Boars Head stick or Hormel Rosa Grande.

yeah, I guess I totally jumped the gun on posting this one. Sorry about that. It looked like it was going to be a pretty extensive review and I posted it before I finish reading it. Looks like that it was a dud.

For the money, Member's Mark/Sam's Club sliced pepperoni are great. Big slices, spicy but not overpowering.

Best thing is the price. 22 ounces for $7.00. Resealable package. I freeze in smaller bags when I get a pack.
