Since we are not going to NYC these days I ordered online. Fast shipping from Cerini Coffee and Gifts.

Hands down the best I have ever had!

That looks awesome. I wonder how it compares to Mastro Calabrese.  It’s the same shape and wonderfully spicy.

How big a piece is Cerini sending? Don't see it mentioned. I've bought espresso parts from them in the past, good service from them.

It was just under a pound.

Here's a photo I took inside the last time I was there.

That looks like heaven!  It reminds me of Antica Salumeria in Rome.

We have a new meat market that handles several Mastro products that I am excited about.

Who could forget that store photo! My son got me some ndjua recently. It’s too hot for me but I eat it anyway and enjoy it a couple times a year.

those photos sharpened my regret of not bringing cheese and dried sausage with us to fl. The cheese, deli and bread game in supermarkets and delis is shockingly bad here.

on the positive side, our oven is so bad i may be able to convince my better half that we need an electric pizza oven...

Here's one from a couple of years ago:

Pizzeria Mozza has a seasonal pizza with house made 'nduja, smoked scamorza or mozz, (can't remember) and Jimmy Nardello peppers.  Their 'nduja is in a leauge of its own.
