Our spaghetti dinner went equally well last night. I think we probably served close to 500. About 300 went through the drive through and another 200 give or take sat down. Our sauce recipe consisted of mixing two different Ragu sauces. Pre-made meatballs. Salad with your choice of Italian or ranch, Italian bread, and homemade deserts. The guys did an excellent job of cooking the pasta, and when all that grease that cooked out of the meatballs gets into the sauce as we mixed the two together, it is pretty good eating. As Don noted, it's all in His service. We had 15 folks working the kitchen and another 20 on the floor; the fellowship was inspiring.
