Hi, I was just wondering if anyone knows where to get these?  I'm not looking for the plastic ones but a good aluminum one.  The pizza place my cousin manages has 2 sizes,  they lay the dough on it, put in the filling and it crimps and seals them to a uniform size.  I spent quite a while searching Google for them but came up with nothing (except for the plastic sets).  I might be able to get him to tell me what they are exactly but he's kind of tight lipped about everything  ::)

Well I figured out what this thing is.  I posted the question on the think tank on pmq and Big Dave told me what I needed to know.  This is what I was talking about: http://www.smrset.com/SPM-45.html

They are a lot more expensive than I thought they'd be though.  Here's a link to some on Ebay: [ Anonymized URL Blocked ]
The pizza place my cousin is the manager of uses these.  They call them pizza pockets.

I found a guy through pmq that had one of these for sale.  I got it from him for $125 so I got an extremely good deal.  It doesn't have the dies on it that I want to have but I called the company and they let you exchange them for free.   8)

Oh man, I can't wait to see the calzone's to come! ;D
It's an Earth food. They are called Swedish meatballs. It's a strange thing, but every sentient race has its own version of these Swedish meatballs! I suspect it's one of those great universal mysteries which will either never be explained, or which would drive you mad if you ever learned the truth.

You bet you got a good deal.   OMIGOD!  That press is expensive!  Not for home use.  If I leave the oriental food business and open up a vegetarian restaurant, I'll buy one.
