Caputo Fioreglut gluten free flour - took me back to Italy

Ventured into using the Caputo Fioreglut flour for my pizza dough and am overjoyed with its success!

I'm now using the product for all my baking needs.

Followed the manufacturer's recommended recipe and this video.
