First cook with our new Ooni Pro 16

Man this thing cooks quickly!!!
Results were pretty good for our first go. Need to adjust dough to get the crust a bit crispier, but all in all, we're off to a good start.

You could try lowering the temp, and cooking a little longer to help get a crisper crust.

I have the same oven coming from the Koda and I am just about to give up.  I have been burning the bottom of my pizzas before the rest is ready. Obviously my stone is too hot.

Any help would be appreciated

Please provide details about your dough and your oven heating process! And get an IR thermometer if you donít have one
