Mixing Time with (No-Name) Kitchen Aid

A $31 mixer? Who would have thunk it. I looked at the manual and it says 15 min max mix time. My guess is that it would struggle with more than a couple balls worth of dough. I almost want to buy one to find out.

Yeah, read the reviews on the orange mixer & found out that half the people didn't like it. Either the beaters broke or the motor just stopped working for seemingly no reason at all!!!!    As nice looking as it is,  I have to bypass it.

I wonder if the motor has a shut-off switch  that turns it off until it cools down. That could be a pain when you're right in the middle of making a cake batter!!!!
