So 16 hours later i had the norpro potato grater.

Very solidly built piece of gear. Much more so than the vintage grater my folks have.

Everything i had hoped it would be. Unfrozen brick cheese sorta crumbled sometimes but that could be from thawing it too fast when i realized that i didn't have any brick that wasn't frozen only an hour before i expected to be assembling DSP.
There are many kinds of pizza, and *Most of them can be really good.

Many here have gotten the Norpro, I don't recall any complaints about it! You will be very happy with it. One of the best "bang for the buck" things you will have in your pizza tool box!

Yes the Norpo is super similar to the hand grater I have from Microplane. It is Indeed a potato shredder. Absolutely love the shred. Now I just need to find some sort of electric or hand cranked alternative that yields the same shred so I can save time and my workout for the gym 😂.

I wonder if the one that cuts shoestring potatoes would choke on WMLM? Pic stolen from ebay.
