I have generally liked some of the Chef Pomodoro products I have. Dough boxes are nice, turning peel also. We recently bought some of the non stick Detroit pans. They were fantastic to start....pies just slid out of them. Then after about 3 cooks the non stick started to flake off in spots. Of course only noticed after probably having eaten some.
I have tried their facebook page, twitter, amazon, their own web site. Not a single response or reply to inquiry. Terrible in this era of on line commerce.
