FYI- galvanized metal pans or utensils are not food safe. This may have been mentioned earlier in the discussion but I’m not taking the time to read everything. I hope the Detroit pans are not galvanized like was shown on page 8.?

That pan is not galvanized. It's brand new cold rolled steel that doesn't have any rust or seasoning.
