Just ordered a Ballore gas/ wood oven. I can’t wait to get my oven and learn how to make Neapolitan pizzas the correct way with an oven that can hit the right temperature. Ive had an Uuni 2 and have an Uuni pro and it’s time to upgrade to a big boys oven

I’d really like the gas ardore oven as I don’t have a lot of space.

The website says no longer in stock for the gas oven. Will it be back in stock or on sale?

I am interested in buying a wood fired oven. The Pizza Party ovens look like the best choice for a portable option. Does the 70x70 fit 2 12" pizzas easily? And are there any codes for the wood fired only or gas option?

Having trouble coming to terms spending $3K on these ovens wood/gas option (tax, shipping inc) when I can purchase a brick and mortar oven for the same price. Can someone help to convince me otherwise?
