personal sized pans

does anyone have a lead on personal size pans for DSP or Sicilian.

I know what Llyods has and it's too pricey for my needs. I'd need at least 36 or 48 to start.

I'm thinking 6x6 or 5x8 or 6x8. a 1/8 sheet pan size would work if it had at least 1.5 inch sides.

I’m going to try with regular nonstick 13x 9 pans  this week I’m @LoriVspizza Central Market York. I’ll post what I work out…..

thanks for the suggestions.

I've settled on testing 1# and 1.5# loaf pans. I got two to test. the 1# seems right. it's a little bigger than 1/4 the size of a standard 10x14.

will post results when I get to testing.
