2 condiment rail questions.
I got a refrigetarated rail, manufacturer reccomends 5" but I accidentally ordered 16" not 13" depth model so now I only have 2" not 5" gap behind unit. Do I need to return for up to 50% restocking fee, or think it'll be ok?
Also, is Marra Forni's prep rail worth the 2x cost? It's 3k, not 1500 like most, but is heavier, and I can't tell if it's just brand name or better built.
