I started my pizza journey sometime around 2011, and 2 years ago I started a mobile Wood Fired pizza business in southeastern MA. One of the most challenging parts of this business is finding someone capable of opening doughs correctly and/or working the wood fired oven without burning pizzas.
Over the winter I converted an old horse trailer into a pizza trailer, mounted a 48” FGM 1200l from Breadstone ovens, and took my little business to the next level.
Now I’m looking for help from people who want to make pretty decent money making pizzas with my crew! We go to breweries, wineries, farmers markets and private events. Work as little or as much as you want, just send me a message to learn more!
