Quickly became the pizza night favorite.

Cooked in a Lloyds 10x14.  ~550 dough, 65% hydration.  Layer of pollyo mozzarella, then sauce, then fresh mozzarella then pepperoni then grated romano on top.  11/10, doing again and again and again.
