Naturally fermented, enriched cinnamon raisin bread.

Beautiful, any chance of getting the recipe?

Best... Steve

I made these yesterday.  Wasn't going to post them because they were a complete train wreck.  I tried to make my own candy fork which worked not at all.  Couldn't find the toothpicks so I had to use a skewer that was about 3 times the diameter and left rather large holes.  Tasted ok.

Love buckeyes. Look great to me! Better than mine.

I got to taste this dessert Blll made and it is very good.  Loved the caramel notes and the contrasting textures.  Wonderful examples of both classic treats fused into one and elevating both.

Continuing with last week's waste not, want not, theme. I submit an all-new, original formula.
PISTACHIO CHEESECAKE, RHUBARB & STRAWBERRY PIE.

Salted caramel peanut brittle.   The texture is aerated, light, and crumbly.

I had the good fortune to be the recipient of some of Chau's peanut brittle yesterday. Wow! This glorious confection is nothing like the jaw-breaking, weapons of mouth destruction that used to pierce holes in my Halloween candy bag.

Okay, kiddos!
This one is self-explanatory I won't even ask, "what am I making". I made the two pastry formula yesterday, I was about to chuck the second unused one in the freezer. Then I said, "what the heck let's make another pie!" I never made a topless cherry pie before. Smile...
I am using my much-loved Corelle-ware pie plate. (It's the bee's knees)

My eye for design is improving exponentially with every pie I bake, every move I make! It's almost like someone is watching me! Smile... I know I am silly. But hey, better happy than the alternative.

Yum!!!
I have 2 of those Corelle pie plates, and they are definitely all that!  They clean up so nicely too.

I have two also. I think they are discontinued? Some really great pie plates good/even heat distribution. No scratching like metal.
