Pizza Baker sneak peak
« on: June 14, 2019, 11:09:17 PM »
We had the pleasure of meeting forum member Jim Baker and his family at his new shop tonight. A beautiful shop, awesome oven and really good naturally leavened crust. I think he'll do well!

We were too busy talking to get photos of the pizza! Jim recently posted some here: https://www.pizzamaking.com/forum/index.php?topic=26286.14780

Downtown Midland, MI. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Midland,_Michigan
My youngest son, who works for DOW, will like hearing about this. Hes in Chicago but is in Midland several times a year.

My son enjoyed his pizza at your place yesterday afternoon and meeting you. I was confused when he sent me the photo because he said he had time to try the new pizza place I had mentioned before his flight. I thought he was at MidWAY but figured out later it was MidLAND.

Good looking pizza and shop! I wish I could have tried it with him.

It looks like you're serving some beautiful pizzas, Jim.  Congratulations!
