Gut reaction, electric, I see Schold’s desire for even golden brown created with a dial oven. To me no flames were involved.

Electric oven. I believe one can see which part of the cornicione was closer to the door. An Effeuno oven seems hard to get in the USA, so the Breville Pizzaiolo may be more likely. I hope it's the former, though.

Another hint: the cost of the oven new is about $135. I paid less. I suspect most folks can get it for less.
