Italian Baking
« on: September 08, 2017, 04:42:19 PM »
For all of you who love pizza and Italian pastries, here are two sites that are spot-on in all the recipes presented.
An ideal use for your pizza ovens and a considerably less expensive cost of going to an Italian bakery.
I have tried many of the recipes. It's like having 100 Italian grandmothers.

A few hours of exploring there. The second site had this,

When my Mom made lard many years ago this bread was made with the cracklings. Really great tasting. Nice memory, thanks.
