Sometimes I want to post a question about food, but it's not pizza. Has there been any thought to creating a non-pizza board? The expertise of this forum spills over into other areas. For example, Varasano had a great recipe for meatballs. It would be nice to have a place to discuss things other than pizza.
But it would still have to be limited in scope. A completely "off topic" board would be a bloodbath. Another forum I belong to, Woodnet.net, has a completely off-topic forum and it's a complete zoo. It appears that woodworkers can be a really mean, nasty bunch.
