Make or buy some smoked salmon 1 block of cream cheese a jar of small capers and a pack of fresh chives, fine dice the chives and capers, mix into the cream cheesewith some fresh cracked black pepper. Slice the salmon thin as you can place on melba toast, top with cheese mixture. That was the original recipe heres my kicked up version same as above but add some crushed garlic and chopped fried bacon to the cheese mixture top off with a few drops of hot sauce on each toast.
