Now THAT'S my kinda steak! Nice grill marks, pink to the edge... and no lost juice on the plate! I'm ASSuming that you let it rest before cutting? I wish ppl would learn to do that because it really does help!
If my in-laws saw that steak, they would faint. They live in SD and believe the cow on their plate should be DEAD DEAD DEAD. I say, "walk it by the grill and singe the hair off!" Thankfully, DH learned not to ruin cow before he met me!!
