Hi,

New to the forum.

I've splashed out on a GI anodized aluminium peel and am now thinking of getting a turning peel.

1. Since the pizza will already be cooked would I really need an anodized one? or will a cheap peel work fine?
2. What size for a koda 16?

Thanks!

Hi Fetch - what did you end up buying and do you like it?  I need to purchase peels for new oven coming

An inexpensive peel will work as well as an expensive one. It simply won't look as pretty.
