Grande East Coast blend in New Jersey or Pa. area???
« on: March 30, 2008, 09:58:37 PM »
Well I have done my reading and I am glad we
have a great site like this.......

I just bought my Pizza Stone and Pizza peel on amazon.........
I felt since I go to NYC every now and then, maybe I should buy my dough
from a Pizza Restuarant that I used to visit.
I guess I can buy 10-20 doughs and freeze them untill I need them.......

I want to get Grande East Coast blend Chesse, even if I have to buy 5lbs at a time.
I am wondering if any of you good people know of any places where I can get the product???
I am Nesr Allentown,Poconos,New Jersey area.....
I have seen someone post a place to buy Pizza products in sourthern Pa.But I am not sure if they
stock Grande.
I would try Vern's but they don't have East Coast blend on their website, and maybe I can find it local with the help from you good folks....Thanks JohnnyT

How did you find out who sells Grande?  I went to Grande's website and didn't see anything about distributor info, but I did fill out their form to find out more...

well I did allll my reading on this site......
People from the Poconos and New Jersey area told be about Bova.
it took me 1 1/2 hours to get there......
I had to buy a case of dice grande east coast blend, six 5lb bags....Thing it came out to around $13.50 per 5 pound bag....
I was looking online and was going to have it shipped by a big web site that sell chesse.
But they wanted $130.00 plus around another $30-40 for shipping.(i felt they were stoned}
But I made a Meatbal hero and the chesse tasted greatttttt, just like when you buy it from your local pizza store.
Yep 30lb sounds like alot of chesse............
But I feel if you have a pizza twice a week,a meatball hero 1 or twice a week and maybe a
pepperoni roll once aweek...I think a 5 lb bag will go within ONE month and the chesse will last me 6 months when I frezze it.
But really at $13.50 a bag I would be more then happy to give a bag or two away to family members. This Grande chesse really taste greatttttttttttt.JohnnyT
