Title: Il Pizzaiolo Del Presidente by Caccialli
Post by: pizzanapoletana on August 23, 2005, 07:21:19 AM
Here is a take away white pizza by Caccialli , the owner of Il Pizzaiolo del Presidente, that Scott could not try as it was close for holiday. Please note that the cheese looks strange has it was cold after 1 hour since it was baked.

Pizza bianca Ok but what types of cheese does it have?
I once saw one with four types of cheese mixed in and then others with cheese and arucula

Piroshock,

In Naples a Pizzabianca is simply a margherita without tomato, and therefore is made with Fior di Latte d'Agerola (Agerolese cow's milk mozzarella), or at request Mozzarella di Bufala.
