I guess this doesn't really count since I didn't fully cook any of them, but, I need something to link back to when I do... 4 Nick's crackers par-baked then sauced, cheesed, wrapped and put in the freezer.
Interesting but I think I would have frozen one without sauce or cheese as a control. Thaw and make that one up ‘fresh’ and compare to the other 3 that will, presumably, be baked as frozen pizzas. I’m interested in your results and thoughts at the other end of your experiment though!

You kinda restless, ain’t you?  ;D

Carl, I like your idea of freezing them, so just wondering how you freeze them, just plastic wrap ?
That would be great for me for poker night (if we ever have it again) so I wouldn't have to deal with making them that night.

Bruce, I have a bunch of 12" cardboard rounds that I bought at the restaurant supply place, they are sold in the cake area.  I use two, one top and bottom, and then wrap in plastic wrap.  They bake up great.  I'll dig up a link in a minute that has some pics and edit this post.

That’s a fine looking pizza Gianni!  That looks like a NY pizza made by Johnny

Hi there,

after watching the Pizzashow on Munchies, I tried to copy two styles of pizza, that i found appealing. New Jersey bar pie and New York style pizza. It was o.k. for the first time, but the NY was a little bit too dry for my taste. Next time i`ll  try it with a wetter sauce and a different combination of cheese. Otherwise it tasted good.

Cheers
Peter

Thanks! Yes, first tries for these kinds of pizza. I usually make neapolitan and sometimes roman pizza in teglia.
