Experience with 5 Stagioni Superiore & Rinforzato

Hello,

Does anyone have experience with the 5 Stagioni flours 'Superiore' and 'Rinforzato' (blue and green 25kg bags as per attached pictures).
I unfortunately don't have access to their 'Napoletana' flour.

A shop near me uses this flour. I have to ask where he gets it from his pizzas are great.

i know stagioni et spadoni flour . used both with success . never had a problem. also we have in france more choices of flour with the a stronger w
