I'm going to visit my relatives in New Jersey and wanted to make a pizza for my 94 year old aunt who used to run our family restaurant.  Anyways, I didn't want to have to deal with taking it on the plane.

I saw the old post about Bova in PA.  I just didn't want to buy a whole case.  Was wondering if anyone knows where I could get just a 5 lb bag.

Thanks

Penn Macaroni Company ships 5 pound bags to me in NJ. Usually goes out day after order and arrives in 1-2 days max

I would have said to hit a GFS, but I guess that is more of a Western PA thing.  I bet you could hit a local pizza place and just ask to buy some, if you explain the situation.
I said to my little one, "come here so I can change you".
He said "change only comes from within".  :-/

I order mine from PennMac as well.
IF you want to make the drive to Pittsburgh FatDawg, their store is there.
